Tea portions are distributed in beautiful organic tea pouches made from 100% biodegradable silk which compliment the roomy white ceramic cups. Recess uses antibiotic- and hormone-free milk and cream for the sides that dress your hot beverage.

For chocolate lovers, well known Executive Chef, Gustaf Mabrouk, has created delicious organic chocolates made from Free-Trade Cocoa. The savory local pastries, cupcakes and decadent desserts are all baked daily and are extremely tempting. And the menu doesn't stop there: Recess features steaming hot panini press sandwiches throughout the day. If you are in the mood for a chilled treat, there are fresh fruit smoothies and frozen yogurts, which at Recess are antibiotic- and hormone-free and offer probiotic nutrition along with great flavor.
