Jewels befitting a princess! Patty Tobin's boutique showroom in Chelsea is brimming with beautiful semi-precious stone and pearl jewelry. Each piece is a work of art, uniquely hand-knotted on fine silk cord in a variety of compositions with the option of customization for individual budgets. From classic to eclectic designs: Lariats may be worn around the neck, belted or wrapped into a bracelet; nesting necklaces may be fastened into one long dramatic rope or worn layered together. Clasps will vary in a variety of precious metals and designs, such as sterling silver; 18k vermeil or solid gold. Settings may be simple and unadorned or include stones, pearls and even sparkling crystals - Swarovski or Czech.
Tobin's fashion forward designs are classic and elegant. Large Tahitian pearl necklaces are frugally priced along side of fresh water and giant shell pearls. Tobin has created an affordable collection of stunning jewelry comparable to other designer lines, costing as much as ten times more. Designing since 2005, she has maintained local production of her hand-made jewelry line in her Saratoga workshop, upstate New York. Not only is local production good for the environment and the economy, but it allows Tobin to be hands-on with each piece she creates, ensuring the finest quality for her clients.
