From pour-overs to the mythical Flat White, this urban industrial cafe space keeps things sweet, simple and consistent. Open seven days from morning to night Happy Bones brews coffee fit for a gourmet using Counter Culture coffee beans: a sustainable direct trade coffee company that mutually works with, and supports their coffee farmers — and we all like that. Happy Bones takes things a few steps further pouring on the passion for nature and nurture: composting everything; ethically sourcing their ingredients; buying from principled suppliers, as well as donating a percentage of their profits to Free Arts NYC, an organization supporting educational arts and mentoring programs for needy children. Coffee lovers savor the sweet morning treats, delivered daily from Brooklyn's very own artisanal "Dough" donuts along with fresh prepacked bags of Counter Culture Coffee beans to brew at home.
