Serving only the highest quality ceremonial grade matcha tea, Cha Cha Matcha tea cafe has become a New York beverage destiny among those looking to boost their mood and daily antioxidant intake.

While traveling Uji, Kyoto Japan Matthew Morton and Conrad Sandelman became acquainted with a matcha tea plantation owner with three farms, and a 500 year lineage in tea cultivation and harvesting. Eager to learn about green tea, the farmer shared with them his most intimate details about the tradition of matcha tea, formulating Cha Cha Matcha's premium proprietary blend with a smooth grassy taste preferred by westerners.

The menu is simple: matcha infused baked goods; green tea and vanilla flavored soft-serve ice cream (both made by local East Village's Chikalicious Dessert Club); matcha lattes all made to order with quality dairy and vegan milks, and for the purest there is plain matcha tea (prepared with hot water only). Dress your drink to your taste with raw honey, sugar, and dairy from Battenkill Valley Creamery.
