Chobani, known for its wholesome fresh Greek style yogurt since 2005, has opened its very first yogurt bar in SoHo. The bar's soft lighting and wood paneled walls render a relaxing environment to enjoy one of the world's creamiest "fat free" yogurts. Choose from a menu boasting recipes made with fresh seasonal fruits, herbs and nuts: flavor combinations that will dance on your tongue. Keeping green, orders to stay are served in quality German "WECK" glass ramekins for customers to take home or trade back in for a twenty-five cent coupon to be used on their next cafe purchase.

This simple yogurt bar, without counters or stools is transparently modern with hand-held registers, perimeter window seating and a glassed-in kitchen, where onlookers may watch their orders being made while they wait. Counter tops and shelves are stocked with Chobani's Mediterranean olive oil, and local clover honey from upstate New York, along with fresh nuts from Turkey, packed in linen bags to go.

Take note, Chobani is preservative free, made with only the finest and freshest ingredients. Chobani's yogurt is naturally low in lactose (95% free), gluten-free, kosher-certified, and best of all, its hormone free with absolutely no rBST milk used in their recipes. Visit Chobani Kitchen for food and dessert recipes.
