Tea Set French Bistro

The Tea Set, a "friend, friendly business," is home to the most exquisite teas, wine, champagne, and food, nestled together in one French café. Founded by Jacques Doassans, the Tea Set is a reflection of his personal journeys around the world. Featuring over 120 herbal and traditional caffeinated teas, including a large selection of Jacques' signature blends. Served hot or cold, hot teas prepared in individual sift cups to achieve a perfect brew.

As a USDA certified, fair trade tea company, this French café insists on the quality of its organic teas, as well as the quality of its food and service. Serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, meals are prepared in the Tea Set's open kitchen, using only the freshest local ingredients — always organic when possible.

Teas are well organized by their types and attributes, made available in bulk by the ounce, or prepackaged in beautifully embossed canisters with the Tea Set's name. For a special touch, tea reduction syrups have been made from select tea flavors, to be added to champagne or iced beverages.

In addition to a full food menu, a edited list of wines and champagne are offered throughout the day. The Tea Set French Café is the perfect spot for whatever one may be in the mood for... a morning beverage paired with a delicious French artisanal pastry, or an afternoon cup of the Tea Set's most popular tea —Red Peach Vanilla. In the evening the café is transformed into a candle lit dining room, complete with a quaint champagne bar where "Pop" champagne splits are sipped through a straw.
