This East Village health food store has a little juice bar tucked away in the back where designer juices are the specialty. The owner, who likes to remain anonymous, has the most delicious green juice bar in New York City! This is one of the few places I trust the juice to be truly organic. His juice recipes have been specially formulated by a nutritionist to create a digestive balance that also tastes amazing!
