Armed with patience they skillfully comb through the racks of unkempt clothing. This may just be the dirtiest little secret in the thrift circuit -- the ultimate veil for vintage items, designer clothing and shoes donated by unmentionable women's resale stores. All Salvation Army locations celebrate half-price Wednesday's, where most of the clothing (with the exception of a few tag colors) will be on sale, and all locations are closed on Sunday.
