Formally Sullivan Street Bakery, Grandaisy Bakery has been supplying SoHo restaurants and five star hotels with their organic Tuscany Style rustic breads and pastries since 1994. While most customers take out, they are welcome to sit down for a quick bite to eat at one of the modest cafe tables or outdoor benches. The place is buzzing with locals throughout the day, drawing a sizable lunch crowd in demand of flavorful seasonal pizzas and sandwiches, all made with organic ingredients.
