Last night we made a toast to the end of a beautiful summer at Central Station NYC—a neighborhood Brooklyn bar & café serving good food and drinks with magical backyard seating. Our bartender, Alyson, mixed up a few of KAS' favorites, using KAS' very own KAS Krupnikas—a locally produced, artisinal honey-based liqueur that is as delicately sweet as it is flavorful. Our personal choice: KAS' mixed with Crabbie's ginger beer, rimmed in raw sugar.

KAS is not only used when mixing your favorite drink, it can be sipped alone, or used as a topping on desserts and ice cream, as well as a sweetener for your morning coffee or tea.
