Handmade in Brooklyn, New York; jewelry designer and metalsmith Jessica D'Amico opened Lady J +1 boutique showcasing her jewelry collections along with clothing accessories and hand illustrated cards made by "Brooklyn only" indie artists.

Within the open studio space you are invited to browse the boutique while viewing the jewelry making process, as D'Amico masterfully hand cuts and hammers raw materials into jewelry right before your eyes. Her pieces have an organic edge with their artistic custom clasps, incorporating unexpected shapes and details such as hand-forged sterling silver chain links, leather and suede.

While D'Amico's metal of preference is sterling silver, special occasion jewelry made with precious metals and stones can be commissioned. She also features exclusive holiday collections along with sterling silver and gold plated lines, made with nickel-free brass and gunmetal that are just as beautiful, but less expensive than her solid sterling silver signature pieces.

As a trained and experienced metalsmith and sculpture artist, in November 2012 D'Amico won the worldwide "Originality in Fashion" design competition award from ORIGINAL.TV & Stoli Vodka. Her beginning collections have been so well received, Lady J's jewelry can be seen featured in top fashion and design magazines.
